Addicting Games (January 2012)

In "Hacking Happiness," you read something that might have surprised you--voluntary hard work, full of unnecessary obstacles, makes us really, really happy. In other words, people love games. How do you feel when you're playing a game? Stressed? Satisfied? Psychotic? And what kinds of games do you like to play?

I feel relaxed, I like to play club penguin.

When I play a game I feel relaxed and happy. I play a mix of games that get me up and moving, and games like Legend of Zelda.

Oh gosh I looooove the game Portal. "THE CAKE WAS A LIE" XD.

I also certifiedly pwn at Scrabble. "festive" first play, "radio" triple word score, and GET THIS- "hippocampus" on TWO TRIPLE WORD SCORES! love that game...

I play Scrabble sometimes, but I'm not very good at it. My brother completely KILLED me with "quipster" in Superscrabble, which has quadruple word scores. He got it on a double letter score, double word score, triple letter score, and quadruple word score. He got something like 150 points. I had only short (yet imaginative) words like zein, naan, girdle, and gorp. Yes, they are all real words.

Ha ha.  I LOVE the word hippocampus and usually love Scrabble too.  And Star Wars, and LOTR, and horses..............but moving onto games, I (PLEASE don't anyone make fun of me for this) don't play computer games usually.  I don't like puzzles especially either.  However, I am a big fan of Chronology, Herd Your Horses, Labyrinth, and Bookchase.

DragonFable is EPIC!! Pokemon for the DS, and I love Karaoke Revolution and Tron Battle Grids for the wii.

I LOVE MINECRAFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love building stuff, surviving, playing with squid, and dying sheep different colors (not their wool, the actual SHEEP). SO   MUCH       FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love minecraft too!!!! Sometimes when I start a big project I can stare at the computer for HOURS (my record is 9) without noticing anything not in minecraft AT ALL. :P

I love games where you have lots of minigames or side games!  My favorite  game is Wario Ware Smoth Moves, because there ar so many different games!!!!!!!!

I played a computer game that seemed fun at the time. After I stopped, it just sucked, but I felt like I had spent so much time on it that it would be wasting my time not to play again.

I think that if you really hack bad, then you ruin the game ex. never-ending bullet bill.

Wow! there are so many cool games I can't choose! I've alawys liked nitendo, though. So, I guess that my fav. games would be...

1. Mario Kart 7

2. Pokemon Heartgold

3. wii sports

I just got a 3DS for cristmas. I would warn people, though, if you are sick, DON'T use the 3D.

It totally depends on the game. I often feel stressed and UNsatisfied if it's academic, but when it's for fun, I LOVE GAMES! I love club penguin, also.

I JUST LOVE ZELDA: LINK TO THE PAST FOR GAME BOY ADVANCE! YOU MOVE A LITTLE GUY AROUND IN AN ATTEMPT TO USE THE ITEMS YOU HAVE TO KILL THE ENEMIES. THE LAST LEVEL IS STUPIDLY EASY, IT'S JUST GO AND KILL GANNONDORF, WHO BY THE WAY, LOOKS LIKE A BIG PIG. IN THE END, YOU GET THE TRI FORCE WHICH YOUR GUY USES TO DESTROY THE DARK WORLD. I actually read the book that this article was based on before the article was printed. And then I was like "Whoa! I know this stuff!" I heard about the book when I went to a talk by the author because it sounded interesting. The book, Reality is Broken, is really interesting.

I am into Cave Story (洞窟物語 in japanese).

Most people probobly dont know about this game. It is on the computer, wii, dsi, and 3ds. I do not recomend doing it on the computer. its better to spend 9, 12, or 20 dollars than have someone hack your computer. I never tryed it but i'm pretty sure thats what happen
