The Omnivore's Dilemma

by Michael Pollan

This was a fascinating book. I learned all about the food industry in America--what it's really like to be a farmer, how far my food has traveled to get to me, and how many unseen factors affect the nutritional value of my food. You'll never look at your dinner the same way again!

Does "You will never look at your dinner the same way again" mean good? Or bad? Or how about amazing?

I think it means you will know stuff about it you never knew before, and see it as something so much more cool and fascinating than...  food.
